Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, this non-vintage brut exhibits a finely textured mousse and a delicate balance of freshness and fruit. The blend, typical of Alsace crémants, is likely composed of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, possibly Chardonnay, and hints of Pinot Gris or Pinot Noir (vinified as white base wine), resulting in a wine with lively notes of green apple, pear, a touch of citrus, and a gentle bakery nuance from the lees ageing.

Alsace, situated in northeastern France and running along the Rhine, enjoys a semi-continental climate. Strongly shielded from Atlantic maritime influences by the Vosges mountains, the region boasts long, sunny growing seasons with cool evenings. Its complex mosaic of soils, including granite, limestone, clay, and marl, allows for great aromatic purity and finesse in its wines.
