Valadão Porto Tawny is a non-vintage fortified wine from the renowned Porto DOC in Portugal. Crafted as a cuvée, this tawny blend brings together different wines aged in oak barrels, creating a harmonious composition that emphasises nutty, dried fruit and caramel notes. In the glass, expect a bright amber-red hue reflecting gentle oxidative ageing. Grapes traditionally used in Porto, such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca, form the backbone of the blend, although specific proportions and vineyard sources are not detailed for this particular cuvée.
