An organically certified wine, Cuvée Dido is typically a blend where Garnacha (Grenache) predominates, harmonised with Syrah and at times a touch of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2021 vintage showcased the expressive Mediterranean fruit so typical of the region, with a careful vinification that prioritises finesse and the preservation of terroir expression. The nose often reveals ripe red cherries, wild herbs, subtle florals and a hint of spice, while the palate is both vibrant and silky, offering fine tannins and a balanced freshness—a testament to attentive craftsmanship and a thoughtful approach to organic viticulture.
Situated in the heart of Catalonia, Montsant wraps around the celebrated Priorat region, sharing similar rugged landscapes but with a more approachable, generous fruit profile.
