Crafted from indigenous and/or international grape varieties typical to the Colli Orientali del Friuli appellation, this 2020 vintage reveals a harmonious balance of fruit and structure. The terroir consists predominantly of "ponca" (marl and sandstone), imparting elegance and freshness to the wines. Vinification practices in the region favour gentle extraction and maturation designed to highlight varietal purity and terroir-driven character, resulting in a wine with vibrant aromas, refined tannins, and a graceful finish.

Friuli Venezia Giulia is celebrated for its rich winemaking history, influenced by its proximity to Austria and Slovenia. The region experiences a temperate climate, moderated by both the Alps to the north and the Adriatic Sea to the south, creating an ideal setting for viticulture. The Colli Orientali, known for their rolling hills and mineral-rich soils, provide complexity and a unique savoury note to the wines produced.
