Pale gold hue with greenish reflections, a sign of youth. The initial nose is very fresh, with aromas of candied citrus (kumquat), then evolves towards spiced notes. The palate opens with a smooth, fresh attack, displaying great elegance. Long finish (7 caudalies), lingering on freshness and candied citrus.
