This wine is crafted exclusively from old-vine Xinomavro, sourced from organically farmed vineyards cultivated on the sun-drenched slopes of Naoussa, in the foothills of Mount Vermio. The soil, composed primarily of limestone, clay, and schist, alongside a blend of traditional and modern winemaking (including partial whole-bunch fermentation and ageing in large oak barrels), brings a refined structure to the wine.
