Produced from old vines planted in the Morstein vineyard, this wine is a pure varietal Riesling crafted using organic and biodynamic practices, demonstrating both meticulous vineyard management and a deep respect for the local terroir. The Morstein vineyard is famed for its limestone-rich soils, contributing finesse, tension, and remarkable ageing potential to the wine. Fermentation is traditionally carried out with indigenous yeasts in large oak casks, resulting in a dry, focused Riesling that is both expressive and complex.
