The 2007 vintage was characterised by a cool spring and summer, punctuated by an ideal harvest period, resulting in precise, beautifully balanced wines. Ramonet employs meticulous vineyard management and traditional vinification: hand-harvested berries, gentle pressing, and fermentation in oak barrels, with a proportion of new oak imparting subtle complexity. Ageing on lees elevates the texture, providing both structure and finesse. In the glass, classic notes of white flowers, citrus zest, ripe stone fruits, and hazelnut intertwine with an alluring, chalky minerality and a lingering, elegant finish.

Chassagne-Montrachet, nestled in the Côte de Beaune, is one of Burgundy’s most revered white wine appellations.
