Difficult to assess. Complex flavours, but lacking much intensity apart from the oak. Citrus, melon and buttery notes are discernible. The finish is relatively short and the slightly spritzy mouthfeel doesn't quite win me over. However, it does improve throughout the tasting, with the fruit gradually coming to the fore. Really hard to judge, but (slight) disappointment all the same.
