The 19 Crimes "The Banished - Dark Red" from South Australia reads like an exceptionally complex book, with themes such as drugs, rape, torture and murder. There are also harmonious notes of dark chocolate, spice and vanilla. The blend of Grenache and Syrah (Shiraz) is voluptuous and rich in aroma, with a lovely nuance of fruit and red fruits. The finish of this New World, American-styled wine stretches out nicely and lingers on the palate.
