Temjanika, known internationally as Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, is a highly aromatic white grape variety cherished for its expressive bouquet. In the glass, Temjanika exudes intense floral aromas, notably elderflower and rose petals, intermingled with notes of ripe peach, citrus zest, tropical fruit, and a distinctive musky undertone. Primarily cultivated in the Balkan region, Temjanika thrives in North Macedonia, Serbia, and Bulgaria, where it benefits from optimal sun exposure and well-drained soils. These terroirs enhance its aromatic complexity and finesse.
