Palladino Biferno DOC 2019 is a red wine from the lesser-known but captivating region of Molise, located in southern Italy. This DOC is typically based on a blend of Montepulciano and Aglianico, though some variations may include Trebbiano, depending on the regulations and the producer’s preference. The 2019 vintage experienced favourable weather conditions in this region, allowing for optimal grape ripeness and a balanced structure in the finished wine.
