Incroyable. Clair et trouble. Nez poivré, fumé et vanillé envoûtant et réconfortant. On pourrait le sentir à longueur de journée. En bouche, la première gorgée est quasiment ferrugineuse alliée avec le feu de bois d’automne (on retourne presque les feuilles mortes !). Après aération, le nez s’étend vers le magnifique poivre de Sichuan avec ses notes fumées.
