The 2022 vintage in Burgundy was marked by warm weather, resulting in ripe fruit and supple tannins, but retained enough cool nights to preserve vibrancy and finesse. Vinification at Heresztyn-Mazzini is meticulous, often involving partial whole-bunch fermentation, which lends aromatic complexity and structure to the resulting wine.
