Nadia didn't analyse it enough... "Drinking a bit of natural wine tends to throw the palate out of shape, so other wines come across as a bit more direct..." "you notice the alcohol more." Clément: enjoyed with boeuf bourguignon, Epoisses and dad—it was great, goes really well with a classic saucy dish. I recommend it.

Nadia didn’t analyse it enough… “We tend to overstretch our palate a bit when drinking some 'nature' wine, and as a result, with wines that are a bit more straightforward…” “you notice the alcohol more. Clément: had it with boeuf bourguignon, some époisse and dad – it was great, goes really well with a saucy dish. Highly recommended
