Appearance: ripe grapefruit, slight haze, opaque, moderately spaced fleshy legs First nose: white blossom, agility, pepper, very subtle vanilla Second nose: top note of menthol, herbal and pharmaceutical notes. On the palate: lightly sparkling, small vanilla notes balancing the acidity and citrus notes (blood orange or grapefruit), slight bitterness (tea?), subtly warming, delicate touch. Reminds me of pharmakon I love these herbal notes, those sensations of herbalism, that gentle citrusy indulgence and the aftertaste of tea (osmanthus?). Yes, there is tea in the background. Still, a demanding wine that requires a lot of focus while tasting.
