Floral notes (chamomile, elderflower), stone fruit (apricot, nectarine), tropical fruit (lychee, mango), dried/cooked fruit (kirsch), herbal (medicinal), yeast (biscuit, toasted bread, brioche, bread dough), malolactic fermentation (cream), oak (vanilla, coconut), fruit evolution (dried apricot, dried apple), bottle ageing (toasted, honey) and other aromas (flint) are detected. This wine is at its peak. PALATE: Dry, with medium-high acidity and medium tannins. Medium alcohol level. Medium-full bodied, with pronounced flavour intensity. Floral notes (chamomile, elderflower), green fruit (quince), citrus (lime, lemon peel), stone fruit (apricot, nectarine), tropical fruit (lychee, mango), dried/cooked fruit (kirsch), herbal notes (medicinal), yeast (bread, toast, brioche), malolactic fermentation (cream), oak (vanilla, coconut, toasted), controlled oxidation (almond), fruit evolution (dried apricot, dried apple) and bottle ageing (toasted, honey) can be detected, with a medium-long finish. CONCLUSIONS: This is a good quality wine. It can be enjoyed now, but also has ageing potential.
