Young Chenin, tense, fresh, with floral, lemony, mineral notes; precise and mouth-watering. Awakens the palate. Ideal as an appetiser. Served chilled at 11°C. Perfect as an aperitif with crudités – black radish and sliced carrots – and toasts topped with tzatziki, fresh cheese and houmous. The acidity of this Saumur blanc cuts through the bitterness. Very refreshing.
